Currently, there is no option for customers to cancel an order on their own once payment has been made. However, if you contact Customer Care (info@printsera.com) within 24 hours of placing the order, we will attempt to cancel it, provided that production has not yet started. If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours or if production has already begun, we will be unable to process the cancellation.
A minimum cancellation fee of Rs.20 will be applied to cover payment gateway charges. The remaining amount will be refunded after this charge is deducted.
Refunds will be processed via NEFT transfer by our accounts team. Please allow 5-7 days from the cancellation date for the refund to be completed. For any questions regarding refunds, please email us at info@printsera.com.
Generally, delivered orders cannot be returned. However, if you receive damaged items or an incorrect product, please inspect all goods upon delivery and notify our customer service (info@printsera.com) within 48 business hours of any damages or defects. We will replace items damaged during transport or sent incorrectly. For other issues, our customer service team will assist with warranty concerns.
Claims for damage or shortages must be reported within 48 business hours of receipt. Please check your deliveries upon arrival.
Return shipping costs will be covered only if the products delivered are defective, damaged, or not as ordered.
